Test CSV Import Adapter
When CSV Import Adapter is created, you can solely test the adapter on SSQUARE Adapter Management prior to using it on service flow. Noted that the Testing section will be visible when the created adapter. There are 2 options of running test; Local Test or Full Test
Local Test
This feature will simulate how data is retrieved from CSV file using the file uploaded from your client. To run a local test,
- Click Browse to upload sample CSV file
- Click Run Test
Full Test
This feature will simulate exactly how SSQUARE retrieves data from CSV file on FTP Server. Please ensure that you have a sample file on FTP Server. To run a full test, click Run Test.
